Shipping policy

Non Customized Clothing Orders:
The majority of our orders ship within 2-3 business days, but it can take up to 7 business days for certain order to be printed and processed before it can be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. While we would like to ensure your order is delivered on time, due to the fact that we use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS) we cannot guarantee delivery times, or be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Custom orders are processed within 1-2 business days and sent to our manufacturing facility.  Custom Printing can take up to 7 business days to be printed and processed before it can be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. While we would like to ensure your order is delivered on time, due to the fact that we use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS) we cannot guarantee delivery times, or be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.Our shipping is FREE for Customized Signage and Cutting Board orders above $75 when purchasing personalized metal signs, custom canvas signs and custom cutting boards.

Metal Signage and Customized Products Shipping Times:

  • US / Canada Standard:  Shipping 7-14 business days
  • UK / Germany:   Standard Shipping 7-12 business days
  • Australia:   Standard Shipping 9-15 business days
  • Japan:   Standard Shipping 7-12 business days 
  • Worldwide: Select countries: Standard Shipping 15-25 business
    (We are not able to ship or sell to select countries listed below due to loss of packages and international restrictions. We are currently looking for alternative shipping solutions to those countries).
  • We are not able at this time to ship Metal Signs Internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
  • Shipping Rates will be calculated and displayed on the order page. The shipping fee is based on weight and the specific region that the item is being shipped to at the time of the order.

      • Note:In many areas, Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Delivery estimates for FREE Prime Two-Day shipments to destinations that don’t have weekend delivery are based on two business day transit times, not including Saturday or Sunday.

How long will it take my custom items to be created and shipped from the Manufacturing facility?

  • Maple/Bamboo Cutting Boards: 5 to 7 business days
  • Metal Signs: 7 to 10 business days

Metal Signs / Cutting Boards Shipping and Sales Limitations:
Due to a high percentage of orders being lost in transit. As of October 1st, 2020 we have decided we can no longer ship orders to the following countries listed at the bottom of the page. We continue to look for additional means to provide service to these regions.  We also cannot ship Metal Signs Internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico.

Do you Ship to PO Boxes?
Since we use multiple facilities, we cannot guarantee any shipper couriers. We do not recommend using PO Boxes as we can't guarantee the order will be shipped using a courier that can deliver to the PO Box for example UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. If the order is shipped to a PO Box and the courier cannot deliver the order a return to sender will be processed and an additional fee of $25 will be added if the order is requested to be sent to an alternative address.
